The Kindle Scribe has a flush-front design with a 300 ppi glare-free 10.2-inch display. It looks like real paper, even under bright light like from the sun. So if you like to read out on the beach or your porch on a bright, sunny day, you can actually do that comfortably with this version of the Kindle. The screen has an adjustable warm light and auto-adjusting front light, which makes it viable to read during day or night.
No need to worry about and accidents with your Kindle Scribe at the beach or by the pool. It’s waterproof with an IPX8 rating, so it’s able to withstand up immersion in up to two meters of fresh water for up to an hours and up to a quarter meter of seawater for up to three minutes.
