Civilization 7, Tomb Raider, and more new games out this week

1 month ago 5

Progress is the theme of the new game releases this week, whether it’s building an empire over the course of history or piecing your life back together and writing a song about it. These new games challenge you with meaningful, incremental progress in the face of what can feel like impossible odds. It’s not always about winning or surviving, but trying to do the best you can with what you’ve got.

Civilization 7 kicks off the week with a renewed vision for the legendary strategy series. Core pillars of the game have been chiseled into a new shape, offering more flexibility as you step through the ages. Soon after, visual novel detective game Urban Myth Dissolution Center tasks you with unraveling a mystery one clue at a time. Or, the day after that, you can set up shop on an island full of cute dinosaurs and expand your little business brick by brick. And at the end of the week, Tomb Raider 4, 5, and 6 return as a remastered collection for anyone hoping to fill in a few pieces of the series’ long-running history.

Here are our most anticipated game releases for the week of Feb. 10.
