LG has unveiled that pricing for two models from its 2025 range of OLED TVs -- the high-end G5 and the mainstream C5 -- will start at $1,399. All models will be available in March.
The LG G5 was one of the stars of this year's CES, winning best TV or home theater product. The TV features a new "four stack" panel and, based on a recent demo CNET attended, offers a much higher brightness than last year's G4. LG says the improvement is up to 45% brighter.
Pricing for the LG G5 is as follows:

- OLED65G5WUA, 65-inch, $3,399
- OLED77G5WUA, 77-inch, $4,499
- OLED83G5WUA, 83-inch, $6,499
- OLED97G5WUA, 97-inch, $24,999
Meanwhile, the step-down C5 may have been hidden away at this year's CES, but this TV includes a few improvements on its 2024 model, including "Perfect Black" certification from UL Solutions.

Though Sony introduced the first OLED back in the late 2000s, LG has almost single-handedly popularized the technology. While we expect these 2025 TVs to perform very well, OLED as a category is more competitive than ever. For instance, Philips and Panasonic have released models in the last six months, and rivals such as Samsung are expected to unveil new sets in 2025.
Pricing for the entry-level B5 OLED and the premium wireless LG M5 OLED is yet to be announced. Otherwise, look out for full reviews of the C5 and G5 on CNET soon.
