I've been recommending this cheap Android tablet all year, and it's finally on sale ahead of Black Friday

I've already told you why the iPad 11-inch (2025) is the best cheap tablet for most people, but if you're not a fan of Apple's iPadOS software or would prefer a larger screen, then the best affordable Android option in 2025 is the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro – and it's finally on sale in both the US and UK.

Right now, the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro is just $279.99 (was $389.99) on Lenovo's US website, and £279 (was £379.99) on the brand's UK equivalent. In both cases, you'll get a stylus included in the form of the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, which is something you won't get with Apple's iPad unless you're willing to spend an extra $99 / £99 on an Apple Pencil.

Yes, Black Friday is just around the corner (it falls on November 28 this year), but I don't expect retailers to improve on Lenovo's current $279.99 / £279 deal price, which is a record-low in both the US and UK.

Today's best Lenovo Idea Tab Pro deal

As for hardware specs, the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro boasts a large 12.7-inch, 120Hz display, a long-lasting 10,200mAh battery, and a Mediatek Dimensity 8300 chipset that can easily handle streaming, gaming, and light productivity tasks.

In our Lenovo Idea Tab Pro review, we described the tablet as "a great all-rounder" that's "ideal for media consumption thanks to its sound and screen," and its support for MicroSD cards means you don’t have to worry about running out of space.
