- KitchenAid has launched a new version of its walnut wood bowl stand mixer
- The Artisan Series mixer with wooden bowl now comes in Porcelain White
- The company has launched several other appliances a Porcelain White too
Last year, KitchenAid caused a stir by launching a new version of its iconic Artisan stand mixer with a bowl made from real walnut wood. It was a big departure from the company's usual candy colors, but proved a huge success and soon sold out – but now it's back, with a fresh look in soft white rather than the original moss green.
The KitchenAid Artisan Series stand mixer with walnut wood bowl is available now direct from KitchenAid for $749.99 (about £550 / AU$1,100), down from the regular price of $849.99 (about £620 / AU$1,300).
It lacks the leaf motifs of the original Artisan Series Evergreen mixer, and has silver accents rather than brass, giving it a more contemporary look. It also comes with a silver-coated paddle and dough hook, plus a stainless steel whisk.
Want to give your coffee machine a nature-inspired makeover as well? There's also a new walnut wood accessory pack for the KitchenAid Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine, which includes a portafilter handle, tamper, and a wooden lid for the machine's bean hopper.
Lighten up
The Artisan stand mixer isn't the only KitchenAid appliance to get a new look in Porcelain White. The 4.5-star rated KitchenAid KF8 is now available in the color too, along with the KitchenAid Go Cordless System (which lets you power multiple different cordless accessories with just one rechargeable power pack) the KitchenAid Grain and Rice Cooker, and the KitchenAid Pure Power Blender.
It's a softer color than pure white, which fits better with the shift towards natural tones for kitchens. KitchenAid itself started the trend earlier this year when it revealed its official color of 2025: a soft yellow called Butter, and other companies have followed suit including De'Longhi with its pistachio, rose, and vanilla-colored Dedica Style coffee machines, and Ninja with its sage green, beige, and navy blue versions of its Crispi portable air fryer.
