As the Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Philadelphia Eagles during Super Bowl 2025, fans spotted Machine Gun Kelly taking in the game with Taylor Swift.
Super Bowl 2025: Taylor Swift Reacts as Crowd Boos During Jumbotron Appearance
Taylor Swift and Machine Gun Kelly reunited for Super Bowl 2025.
As the Kansas City Chiefs were defeated by the Philadelphia Eagles at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans Feb. 9, Taylor proved her game day superstitions by having not only Ice Spice join her in her suite again, but also linked up with MGK for the second year in a row.
Indeed, eagle-eyed fans spotted MGK sitting in Taylor’s suite—where she was also joined by the Haim sisters and longtime pal Ashley Avignone—just a few feet away from her as she watched Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and their team being shut out from their historic three-peat Super Bowl win.
And while the “Bad Things” rapper’s appearance alongside Taylor may come as a surprise, he and ex Megan Fox—who are expecting a baby together—did join Taylor, Travis and the Chiefs in Las Vegas last year as they celebrated their win over the San Francisco 49ers.
Of course, this year’s outcome was not nearly as exciting for Taylor, Travis or their many friends and family who showed out to support the Chiefs. After the game, Travis detailed what went wrong with his team.
“They got after us," Travis told reporters in a video shared to X. “All three phases. Couldn't get it going offensively."
Travis continued, “You don't lose like that without everything going bad.”
Indeed, the 35-year-old added of the most shocking part of the Chiefs devastating loss, “We haven't played that bad all year."

Meanwhile, the Eagles—who lost to the Chiefs in 2023 when Travis’ brother Jason Kelce was still on the team—were ecstatic over reclaiming a victory. NFL analyst and seven-time Super Bowl ring holder Tom Brady even deemed that Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts had played the best game of his entire football career.
“I give all the glory to God,” Jalen told Tom in a postgame interview. “I just think all the hard work, all the effort, all the determination over the years—and then carrying that over to this team.”
The Super Bowl MVP emphasized, “It all goes back to the work—it’s a team effort.”
