Burger Pass promo causes a website outage

If you were one of the first people rushing to take advantage of this deal you may have received an error message when trying to access the deal. The page is back up and running, but once you click "Purchase Now" you may get another error message. Red Robin has explained this deal may not last long, but not sure they were ready for the influx of consumers ready to grab this deal.

Finally getting to the Burger Pass signup page

After several attempts, I finally got to the page where you can sign up for the pass. Once there, you have the option to gift a friend or purchase it for yourself. After you choose who you want to receive the pass, you will be asked where Red Robin should ship it.

Then it asks how soon you want your pass. The cart page finally loads and I was shocked to see the order total as $682. However, lower on the Red Robin burger pass promotion page in terms and conditions, it says Limited use of up to $22 per day from 5/1/25 – 5/31/25. So you're actually paying for the entire month.

Red Robin Bottomless Burger Pass sells out

Unfortunately, the burger passes sold out fast. That was to be expected since Red Robin warned us on the burger pass promotion page. But if you still want to celebrate National Burger Month next month, you can take out the grill and make your own burgers or celebrate at a barbecue.
