Star Wars: Visions isn't the only title giving its fan base something new this week. Twisted Wonderland: The Animation takes the popular Japanese mobile game and turns it into a fresh anime series hitting TV for the first time.
Season 1 introduces Yuken Enma, a Tokyo high-schooler who's whisked away through a magic mirror to Wonderland's Night Raven College, a training school for magicians. Dropped into a world full of magic, he's an inexperienced outsider who's confused about how things work and manages to rub just about everyone the wrong way. Though Yu tries to figure out how to get back home to his own world, his mischievous new classmates Ace and Deuce pull him into their escapades. But there is a threat here: Rose-Red Tyrant, aka Riddle Rosehearts, is a villain whose bad side everyone should avoid.
