UTA has promoted 114 employees across six office locations and 28 divisions, Deadline has learned.
The divisions involved include MP Lit, TV Lit, Talent, Unscripted Television, Entertainment & Culture Marketing, Creators, News & Broadcasting, Production Arts, Independent Film, Comedy Touring, Ventures, Technology, Finance & Accounting, KLUTCH Sports, Media Rights, MediaLink, Comedy Touring, and Ventures, among others.
Women made up 65% of promotees, with people of color making up nearly 30%. The majority of those elevated to Agent came up through UTA’s Agent Training Program.
“These promotions come at an exciting time for our company as we invest in our future and recognize the people who make our success possible,” said UTA President David Kramer. “Each of these individuals has set a consistently high standard through their contributions and dedication and we’re proud to celebrate their achievements.”
The promotions at UTA accompany a period of growth for the talent agency. The company acquired ROOF football (currently part of KLUTCH Sports) in 2024, opened new offices in London in 2023, and became the first major U.S. talent agency to acquire a top European talent firm in the UK’s Curtis Brown Group in 2022.
