Netflix
CHAOS: The Manson Murders (March 7)
Documentarian Errol Morris's latest film, CHAOS: The Manson Murders, hits Netflix this week, and it might just change everything you thought you knew about Charles Manson. The film was adapted from the 2019 book CHAOS: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties by Tom O'Neill with Dan Piepenbring, which presented new information about Charles Manson and the killing spree perpetrated by his "family." Their research contradicted much of what was set forth in Los Angeles prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi's book Helter Skelter, which was often seen as the definitive text about Manson and the Tate-LaBianca murders. The film arrives on March 7.
Plankton: The Movie (March 7)
The second SpongeBob SquarePants spin-off film, Plankton: The Movie, is here. The new release is an animated musical where SpongeBob and his old foe, Plankton (voiced by Mr. Lawrence), unite with one mission: to stop Plankton's wife Karen from taking over the world.
With Love, Meghan (March 4)
Meghan Markle's take on a lifestyle show finally arrives to Netflix this month after delays due to January's devastating Southern California wildfires. Originally slated to premiere in January, the show's first season will arrive on March 4. Markle hosts the new series that features celebrity guests like chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters and actress and writer Mindy Kaling, with life hacks and how-tos in the kitchen and around the house.
Hulu
Hulu's new comedy series Deli Boys is the story of two Pakistani American brothers (played by Asif Ali and Saagar Shaikh) whose lives are upended after the unexpected death of their father. After discovering his secret life in the criminal underworld, the brothers realize that in order to maintain their lifestyle, they'll have to turn to crime, too. The show was created by writer Abdulla Saeed, who previously worked on HBO's High Maintenance.
Peacock
The Traitors, Season 3 finale (March 6)
This week marks what will surely be a thrilling conclusion to the third season of The Traitors. We've seen Traitors turn on each other; we've seen true Faithfuls banished for holding fast to their convictions; we've seen bad acting and copious tears. For a show based around murder, it's been a blast. This week is a double-whammy though, the season finale and the reunion episode both drop on Thursday, so perhaps all the Traitors who spent the season trying to eliminate one another can finally explain themselves.
Disney Plus
Daredevil: Born Again (March 4)
Daredevil: Born Again is the latest Marvel series to hit Disney Plus and the season kicks off with a two-episode premiere arriving March 4. Charlie Cox returns as blind lawyer Matt Murdock, whose alter ego, Daredevil, is at constant odds with Vincent D'Onofrio's mob boss Kingpin, who is, at this point in the Daredevil timeline, now the mayor of New York. Several stars from the first Daredevil series, which originally ran for three seasons on Netflix, are back for this new Marvel Studios iteration, including Jon Bernthal, Elden Henson, Deborah Ann Woll, Ayelet Zurer and Wilson Bethel.
Starz
Power Book III: Raising Kanan, Season 4 (March 7)
The hit Starz series Power Book III: Raising Kanan is back this week for its fourth season. MeKai Curtis returns as Kanan, the son of drug queen-pin Raquel Thomas (Patina Miller) as he tries to take over and expand the family business. This season, Kanan is hustling to keep things running as he works with Snaps (Wendell Pierce), Pop (Erika Woods) and Italian mobster Stefano Marchetti, played by Tony Danza who joined the cast last season. As with all Tony Danza shows though, it's tough to know which character is the real boss.
Prime Video
Bridgerton star Simone Ashley stars with Hero Fiennes Tiffin in the new rom-com Picture This, arriving this week on Prime Video. Ashley plays Pia, a photographer who receives an interesting prediction that she'll be granted true love and career success at some point over the next five dates that she goes on. Tiffin stars as Pia's ex, Charlie, who arrives just in time to mess with her emotions.
Max
Hugh Grant is really leaning into playing evil baddies at this stage of his career. He dipped a toe in villainy as Phoenix Buchanan in Paddington 2, and in Heretic he embraces his sadistic side as a reclusive man who invites two Mormon missionaries (Sophie Thatcher and Chloe East) into his home, only to trap them there, playing mind games with them as they're imprisoned and struggle for a way out.
